Trade Credit Account Application Forms

If you would like to apply for a Linkcare Trade Credit Account, please email office@linkcare.net and request our Trade Credit Account forms.

You will need to provide us with completed:

  • Trade account terms and conditions
  • Acknowledgement of terms and conditions
  • Bank reference
  • Trade references

Once you've completed and signed all forms, please post them back to us at the following address:

We will check your references and credit history so credit account applications can take up to one month to complete.

We cannot process forms that have not been signed so please double check that all signatures are provided where required.
